If you do not see any classes in your Aspen Gradebook, this usually means that you are outside the date range of when a class takes place. Be sure to change your filter in your Gradebook to be “this year’s classes” if you wish to see all classes taking place during a school year, as opposed to just seeing classes currently taking place. This is especially relevant when posting grades for classes that have ended prior to the current term (ex. posting Q1 grades during Q2 for course sections that ended before Q2 began), or when trying to view scheduled classes before the school year begins.
