Yes! Yes you can!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

If you just need to see a student’s schedule, you can see any of your students’ schedules by going to your “Student” top tab, selecting a student, and then going to the “Schedule” side tab for that student. If our school is rotating its schedule, you’ll want to change the “Time” dropdown box to “Select date,” and you’ll want to pick a date from the calendar to see the schedule for that day. Viewing a week’s worth of schedule days will look deceptive, since the periods A-G rotate by bell schedules. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Printing Schedules for Small Groups of Students<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you wish to print schedules for only a group of your students, you can go to your “Student” top tab, select all the students whose schedules you would like to print, show the selected students by going to “Show selected” under “Options ,” and then run the “CHS Student Schedules – Matrix (5-day) w Bell Schedule 2026” report on the current selection. This will print student schedules for the students you selected and displayed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can print a schedule for any students (even students not in your class) by going to “School” view for Chelsea High School and using the same procedure from the “Student” top tab in school view. Just be sure to select only the students you want and choose “Show selected” from the Options menu before running the report. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

IMPORTANT! As of 2026, Chelsea High School is using a rotated schedule, so you’ll want to use the “CHS Student Schedules – Matrix (5-day) w Bell Schedule 2026” report to create a report that accurately shows the A-E rotation before the static F-G periods.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
