Just as when you post term grades, the QT averages on the right hand side of the gradebook are for display purposes only and will <strong>NOT<\/strong> post to student transcripts. Only the updated <strong>POST COLUMNS<\/strong> will post grades\/comments to the transcript and to the progress reports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Click on the <em>Update Post Columns <\/em>button.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>When the <em>Update Post Columns<\/em> wizard opens, set <em>Grade Term<\/em> to <em>the current term<\/em>, and <em>Grades to update<\/em> to <em>Progress grades for all students<\/em>. Click the <em>Next<\/em> button at the bottom of the window. Make sure you do not set <em>Grades to update<\/em> to <em>Term grades for all students<\/em> when posting Progress Reports.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once your QTxP (current quarter progress report grade) and PR (progress report comments) columns are updated, you can post them all with the Post Grades button.
