{"id":344,"date":"2015-12-02T11:47:30","date_gmt":"2015-12-02T16:47:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.chelseaschools.com\/kbase\/?p=344"},"modified":"2018-11-16T13:23:53","modified_gmt":"2018-11-16T18:23:53","slug":"exporting-grades-from-google-classroom","status":"publish","type":"ht_kb","link":"https:\/\/www.cpskb.com\/kbase\/knowledge-base\/exporting-grades-from-google-classroom\/","title":{"rendered":"Exporting Grades from Google Classroom"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Google Classroom offers a great tool suite for teachers and students, but ultimately, if you have used GC for grading\u00a0\u00a0(it&#8217;s easy to collect, comment on, and grade assignments and papers in Google Classroom!), any grades in Google Classroom need to be moved over to Aspen.<\/p>\n<p>What you may not know is that grades can be exported from Google Classroom as a csv file (csv files can be opened in Google Sheets or Excel or any other spreadsheet program) quite easily.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s how to export grades from Google Classroom:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into you school Google account and go to Google Classroom.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the class from which you wish to export grades.<\/li>\n<li>Click on any assignment in the class.<\/li>\n<li>Go to the gear near the top right of page and select &#8220;download all grades&#8221; or &#8220;download assignment grades&#8221; if you only want the grades from that particular assignment.<\/li>\n<li>Repeat for any other classes if you have Google Classroom set up for more than one class and need to move grades.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Google Classroom offers a great tool suite for teachers and students, but ultimately, if you have used GC for grading\u00a0\u00a0(it&#8217;s easy to collect, comment on, and grade assignments and papers in Google Classroom!), any grades in Google Classroom need to be moved over to Aspen.
