You can present questions at any time, and people can ask questions from any device.<\/p>\n<h3>Start a Q&amp;A session<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a presentation in Google Slides.<\/li>\n<li>At the top, next to &#8220;Present,&#8221; click the Down arrow<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/Kz2m2oudjACquMpeJ06dbqbZJmWMAK7eYLaXWYdOm_VfVWweGrVAVO4dDpFPCUIxkwY=w18\" alt=\"\" width=\"18\" height=\"18\" \/>.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Presenter View<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>In the new window, click <strong>Audience tools<\/strong>.\n<ul>\n<li>To start a new session, click <strong>Start new<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>To resume a recent session, click <strong>Continue recent<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>To stop accepting questions, click the on\/off switch in the Q&amp;A window.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>: If you use Google through your work, school, or other organizations, you can choose who can submit questions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In &#8220;Presenter view&#8221; window, click Audience tools and change &#8220;Accepting questions from\u2026&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Show questions from the audience<\/h3>\n<p>Presenters can display audience questions during your presentation.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Under &#8220;Audience Tools,&#8221; find a question you&#8217;d like to display.<\/li>\n<li>Click <strong>Present<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>To change the question, find a different question and click <strong>Present<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>To stop showing the question, click <strong>Hide<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h4>Review recent sessions<\/h4>\n<p>Presenters can see questions from recent Q&amp;A sessions.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Open a presentation in Slides.<\/li>\n<li>At the top, click <strong>Tools <img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"and then\" src=\"https:\/\/lh3.googleusercontent.com\/nHFGZ_9xjCh-mP83zMzXQVJF5VYf2n6kwoBIxB2zv3V4VPT4gNTtBye8lYznogLqLPY=w13\" alt=\"and then\" width=\"13\" height=\"18\" \/>\u00a0Q&amp;A history<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Recent sessions will appear on the right.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>Ask and vote on questions<\/h3>\n<p>Audience members can ask questions during a presentation:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Go to the link at the top of the presentation.
